Portraits from Havre De Grace

Artist Pamela Wilde invites you to take part in the Portraits from Havre De Grace project. Become a part of this once in a lifetime, yearlong, community portrait project and join us for the opening reception and exhibition in spring of 2019. Artists Emporium 220 N. Washington Street Havre De Grace, Maryland.

Portraits from Havre De Grace is a twelve-month in duration, community based portrait project, created by artist Pamela Wilde. The only requirements for acceptance into this project is a $50 registration fee, and a willingness to personally meet with the artist for one live sitting and photo session at Artists Emporium Gallery and Studios. This sitting, up to three hours in length, lays the groundwork for your painting. The artist encourages participants to stay for the three-hour session, to be painted from life, but understands this is not always possible. The option offered, is a one-hour session and photo shoot, in order to accommodate busy schedules and children. Both options include a photo shoot for artistic reference only.

Your participation guarantees your place in this unique exhibition, along with a free print of your painting, available at the opening reception in 2019. (Participants unable to attend the reception may pick up their prints, at the gallery anytime after the opening, or choose to have it mailed)

Participants are under no obligation to purchase the original work, but if desired, the registration fee can be applied as credit toward purchase of the original work. This offer is limited to the participant and is not transferable.

All works of art will be painted in oil on a 12x12 canvas. Paintings will become available for purchase upon the completion of this twelve-month project. Opening reception and exhibition spring of 2019.

Come be a part of Portraits from Havre De Grace and add your face to the space.
